Conveniently located on Highway 101 just minutes from Sequim, this historical residence dates back to the 1960’s and we've kept the 60's vibe alive. The house has a beautiful mid-century feel that we think you will love! This 3+ bedroom home has plenty of spaces to enjoy, including a large bonus room, game garage, covered patio and large fenced in yard. You won't be disappointed!

  • This house has 3 individual bedrooms and a fourth bonus bedroom/kids room/tv room attached to the upstairs primary bedroom. Each floor has its own bathroom (full upstairs and 3/4 downstairs). The oversized two car garage has been turned into a game garage and includes a ping pong, poker, foosball and backgammon tables. There is also a sitting/board game area with a Roku TV for use while enjoying this fun-filled space. Don't forget the large fenced in back yard and coved patio with gas fire pit!

  • Guests have access to the entire property (less a cleaning closet and outdoor utility shed). The large fenced backyard is part of a larger 4 acre parcel/orchard that guests have full access to.

    • The yard is fully fenced in and can contain most dogs (unless you have a jumper or a digger).

    • The house is on well water and it should be expected the first few seconds after turning water on for the water to be slightly off/rust colored at times. This is 100% normal (FYI - there is a Brita Water Filter in the Fridge).

    • Trash and recycling bins are on the side of the garage (trash recycling pickups are on Wednesdays and either you or we can take the cans to the curb, preferably Tuesday night).

    • There are two portable AC units in the upstairs bedrooms, one is shared between the Master Bedroom and attached kid/bonus room. The downstairs bedroom has a portable fan and is located on the north side of the house and has typically stays cool enough not to need AC.
